Except Britney had already gotten a #1 before in that same year and while it did help her, she most definitely did NOT need Nicki for TTWE (and it wasn't her last song that peaked at #3 because S&S exists). Nicki has been a force this decade, but she is NOT more relevant or successful than Britney in 2016 merely due to the fact that she hasn't released ANYTHING this year, and that's just common sense
