Agreed. Gaga is not that good writing songs. However, she has had some good moments with things like Just Dance, Speechless, The Edge of Glory & Dope(it's still kind of weird)
I think she should definitely have a team of writers around her structuring her ideas and pitching her some as well. For example, Sex Dreams & Manicure could have been way better and actually single material if they had been better structured. The chorus in venus is very good, very gay but very good, but the rest of a song is an utter mess.
Although I agree that she should feel proud to write most of her material in an industry full of writing camps, there's no shame in doing that either. Some of the best albums from Michael and Madonna had a lot of material where their names are no where to be seen in the writing credits.
