French charts are based on sales only. So that's the same.

No, it's sales only and single sales are SO dead in France now. The #1 seller sells less than 3K despite having a same sized population as UK, which is 5x smaller than US (so equivalent to selling 15K~ with a US population).

They're suppose to add Streaming (in which the charts will be almost fully controlled by streams) this Summer but now keep holding it back for some reason. In my opinion / conspiracy, they're just screwing over One Dance which would've been #1 for 10+ weeks and had a similar slayage to UK (which it's been #1 in for 15 weeks) and waiting til it falls for #1 on Streaming to add streams into the chart finally.

Someone said Celine is also releasing in Fall and they want Queen of France to go #1 and not underperform due to streaming.
