18. David Cook - David Cook
Continuing with the list is American Idol Season 7 winner David Cook with this self-titled album. Cook got easily recognized by his voice during the season which in my opinion really resembles Chris Daughtry's. Anyways, enough with the comparison, David got also recognized when he sang the version of Always Be My Baby which help him to make a name for himself. From his album, great rock anthems like Light On, Bar-ba-sol and Heroes. I really like from that album songs like Light On The Moon and the bonus track Time Of My Life. So far, David's career is running in a smooth flow and I'm hoping he'll be successful as an American Idol alumnus.

17. Janet Jackson - Discipline
Janet Jackson made another comeback by the beginning of this year with her latest offer, Discipline. I immediately loved the first single Feedback cause it gets stuck on your head easily. Janet worked with producers such as Rodney Jerkins, Jermaine Dupri, Ne-Yo, Tricky Stewart and The-Dream on this album. This album helped Janet to reach the tp spot in the US Billboard 200 making it the 6th to top the chart. Discipline provides dance tracks and also sexy songs. Eventhough there are so many fillers, it's still one of the best album from her and for 2008.
