1 - do singles released AFTER the 1st of June 2013 that come from an album released BEFORE the 1st of June 2013 count? And viceversa? (Singles released before 1 June 2013 included in an album released after 1 June 2013)

1. Single released after the date will be eligible, however single release before the date won't be.

2. Promotional singles would be considered to be album tracks.
