Never mind, someone updated the notification to make it clearer

Tomorrow ATRL Will join the SOPA Blackout protest, during the entire day you will notice a black censor bar across the site, we will remain online but the bar will be very noticeable. I urge everyone to contact your representative and tell them to vote "NO" on SOPA!

As your friendly de facto in charge of Best of 2011 person, I decided to extend Best of 2011 by one week, so instead of closing January 22 at 1 AM EST, it will close January 29 at 1 AM EST (late Saturday night, early Sunday morning).
