My #1 was a tie so I gave the vote to the girl who has more haters.
And some of those were really hard to rank, so I had to decide based on who I actually listen to the most these days, even if I used to stan one way more than the other and like more songs by them (in the case of Gaga vs Miley for example).
I feel bad for putting so many of the veteran girls in lower places, it's just not fair to bump them up when I don't know their discographies well.
Will you include things like "# of times ranked in first/last" on the countdown? Or like, average position or something?
