Obesity is contributed to by so many things, stress, eating, lifestyle, genetics, etc.
Giving someone unsolicited advice about a problem YOU THINK they have
when you don't know the back story is never a great idea.
There are however other ways you can educate people indirectly about common issues like monitoring
their blood sugar and diabetes without saying DAMN GIRL YOU BIG!
My little brother is having a sugar issue that caused him to gain a lot of weight in a short amount of time.
He is not playing sports. He knows he has put on body fat. Instead of telling him, geez man you're fat, which is stupid, I
tell him to watch his sugar because it can cause all types of problems, because that's my real concern.
I know he'll bounce back
