But is Pink a popstar? I wouldn't call her one, maybe a Pop artist but not a popstar. When you think of the world popstar; Britney, Madonna, Gaga etc, they pop up. Not someone like Pink.
Anyway, she's non-threatening, likeable, has decent music, appeals to a more general and larger base, never became bigger than her music like Britney (not that is a bad thing since one of the reasons Brit is an icon is because of her power as a celebrity) etc. Pink has always been kinda 'there', just quietly selling albums, singles and tour tickets. She's dependable and never strays away from herself from era to era, such as Xtina did, like the difference between B2B and Bionic is insane. People want that from a singer.
