Hm, you must know some with some weird rising signs because Cancer as a sign is not unstable at all.
They are sensitive and that can come across as a emotional, but that also means they are perceptive and sensitive to the world around them. They can understand emotions better than many and are not unstable for it. They are the homebodies of the bunch, they are not what you'd call unstable.
