Taylor is very talented, but I think Gaga is a superior artist. The vocals, the songwriting, the musicality and the general creative vision.

I don't think we've seen even half of what Gaga is capable of musically, but with Taylor I wonder how many times we're going to hear the same album...

How is gaga not a better performer than Taylor? Ive seen both live and Lady Gaga was up there with some of the rock shows ive been too. Taylor was standard Disney fare.

and RED did better than BTW too

She's also more consistant with albums, and is good with the US.

Iconic performance? GaGa wins.
Album sales WW? GaGa wins.
Single sales? GaGa wins.
Topping charts? GaGa wins.
Critical acclaim from critics? GaGa wins.
Acclaim from other legends? GaGa wins.

It is an insult to compare a global pop superstar to a country singer who's heavily backed only by the US.
