He put up a hood and glasses to obscure his face. He skin was dark brown. Why would anyone suspect they might not be black. Dressing up as a black guy was a pointless part of it.

Girl please, anyone with half a brain can see that man was not Black in any kind of way. Some people did notice, he just didn't edit that part in for obvious reasons, and that makeup was poorly done anyway.
