Yeah I'm not upgrading unless it has wireless charging and knowing Apple they won't include it because they like to be years behind on the latest trends

Lots of people? Like if you're watching Netflix or streaming music on your phone at night and wanting it to charge. I wouldn't complain if the iPhone had a good battery life but.... Why take away something great instead of adding features we've been begging for since forever, I just don't understand.
Don't bother switching to Android. Even they are moving away from the headphone jack in favor of USB-C. It'll function like the Lightning port. Some android models have already done this.
Give it a year and the market will be flooded with headphones. I'm just glad Apple is being revolutionary and inventive by getting rid of that cheap, everybody has one hole.

I'm still trying to understand why they would do this I was thinking they would just make the iPhone a bit more expensive and provide wireless earphones.
The only way I can see them getting away with this is if they were to have two lightning ports on the phone: one for charging and one for listening to music. Otherwise this just isn't right, you shouldn't be made to choose between one or the other.
