Lethal and Latch
When I first joined I always got Rihhyonce and SaneBeyhannaStan confused even though they're so different. I just grouped them together as "hybrids with blended names" and it took me a while to differentiate between them

I used to confuse Vespertine with Blue Momo as they both had the same avi.

And also Lippy with Leppie. I still do confuse them by the way. It's only by looking at their post count that I manage to differentiate them.
