By technical definition, Sunkern would be the worst pokemon due to its BST. There's also other nublets like Tynamo and Magikarp.
But by worst as in what do I like the least? This ****er
I don't care how adorable this thing is, it is by far one of the most annoying little ***** to fight. EVER.
