From what I saw, it was mainly Gaga vs. Katy (which is kinda what it's always been since 2008). I mean, all the threads were "Born This Way vs. California Gurls" or "More successful era: Born This Way vs. Teenage Dream". I always assumed it was just accepted that Adele was on a different kind of domination from the pop girls in the 21 era, so she got less comparisons/feuds.

I'm excited to what Katheryn will put out but let's not act like she's an actual threat.

Gaga's hype is much bigger and there's a lot more anticipation.
