The comedy is so lame. Looks awful and try hard. This is not Ghostbusters, this is some big studio taking a license and trying to appeal to a larger audience and fails. Ruined.

I see the point in acknowledging inflation when it comes to movies but you still have to keep in mind that in those times the business as a whole was different: hardly any home video, less movies released, no streaming etc.

If we stoically go by inflation, Gone With The Wind will never be topped.

Well take this with a grain of salt, most of the movies listed there made much less than what they predicted.

Likely an optimistic prediction, anything over $35-40 million would be considered a success IMO. That's also where I expect it to debut once the dust settles, though these next couple weeks of marketing can change that for sure. Can't wait to see it!
