Britney was the first mainstream artist to use dubstep on her album with Blackout which was released a full two years before Rated R was. She was arguably the first to use it in a successful single release with Hold It Against Me as well. She has also used it the most between Seal It With A Kiss, Inside Out and the two aforementioned songs having even more dubstep within them. When it comes to dance trends Britney did most if not all of them before any of the younger girls. She was doing trance before 2006, she was doing rave music before 2010, she was doing electro-pop and house music before 2008 way before the "it girls" who are doing it now.
