My username on all social media is motherphunker, which is a play off the Black Eyed Peas song, Don't Phunk With My Heart. Not liking how motherphunker would look on a forum I chose to simplify it with just Phunk.
I just needed a name quick so I could sign up in time. I'm named after a Demi song. I didn't even like it anymore when I signed up but I couldn't think of a better name. And I wanted my name to be after a Demi song since she's the first person I stanned for.
When I was like 11 my friend said I reminded her of her friend's dog called Doogle (probably spelt Dougal like The Magic Roundabout). I thought it was a cool name and kept the misspelling and then used it as my online persona for everything since 2009. It's just stuck now.

That's cute. I always assumed it was some sort of word play with Do + Google.
I LOVE IT! 4 is one of her best album titles too.
