It's interesting how differently celebrities handle fame. I can't really imagine Taylor, Beyonce, etc. just going to a grocery store to shop like this.
She used to do it weekly like any other person, there's plenty of pictures of that. However, they even filmed and photographed every move of her inside. So she's not doing it as often anymore, also delivery is easier and very common if you live in NYC. She's more comfortable going to public places like supermarkets, running tracks and parks in Nashville.
