No not at all people on atrl are the same with "oh godga" or "yas rihlorda" or "beysus" and the most iconic one "godney".
That's different most "normal" stans are just playing. But the stans who take stan-wars serious? yep they're weird too. Speak for yourself. Drake is on another level.
Tattoos are a little more extreme I'd say. A post doesn't stay on your body for life.
I'm talking about the people who spend HOURS upon HOURS defending their fav in online stan wars. That obsession is no different from Drake's obsession with Aaliyah.
It's no different then my recent obsession with Britney Spears and her amazing music and gorgeous face but I will NOT be writing letters to her or tattooing her face onto my body. And I pray to God, not to deceased women. Straight jacket it is.
He has said in interviews that she inspired him to be a singer. He used to listen to her music and use her as a guide in his singing career. He has credited her as the biggest inspiration in his career. He obviously stans for her and her music, and isn't "obsession" the definition of being a stan?

Not THAT bad, but he should probably tone it down a lil bit.

I know you guys say it's no different than us stanning on ATRL. And normally, I'd agree. But don't we look down on those stans who do things like getting tattoos of their faves? I mean, I didn't see anyone okaying the girl with the Drake tattoo on her forehead.
