Rumors? She said herself in an interview with a spanish radio station back in June that she would be touring for this album and that she would come here.
Still excited tho, want to go to see her.

This gives her time to promote the tour, release more singles, shoot more videos, perform at awards shows, etc. It's what all the major artists do
