I have mentioned that I will watch Big Brother 8 instead of the VMAs this year. This season's installment of the reality show is so intriguing that I can't miss an episode. Infact, the day after the 2nd to last episode airs, I'm considering watching all the episodes from start to finish again.
A lot of people, actually. I know a few myself, haha. It helps people catch up, especially if a new season is coming.
However, I do agree that it is annoying if you want to see something else on.
Video of the Year
Rihanna (featuring Jay-Z): "Umbrella"
*I'm happy she won, well-deserved*
Male Artist of the Year

Most Earthshattering Collaboration

*No love for The Saints Are Coming? At least The Sweet Escape didn't win*
Quadruple Threat of the Year

Best Choreography in a Video
Justin Timberlake: "My Love" (choreographer: Marty Kuldeka)
*OK, I disagree with this one....sorry JT fans but this one didn't deserve this award*
HIGHLIGHTS:Looks like Alicia Keys and Rihanna were the big performers of the show (I'm not gonna talk about Britney because you'd have to go to another blog to talk about it...I'm not mentioning it here)

Instead, I will go to the next topic. Big Brother 8 is getting intense. If you didn't read spoilers, I'll tell you that Zach won the HOH competition in tiebreak when he said 59 and Daniele said 58 and the answer was 69 for the Picture This game (count the total HGs in all 13 photos). This infuriated Daniele as she and Dick were subsequently nominated, then Zach would go on to say that Jameka deserves a fair shot.....Jameka deserves a fair shot? She screwed herself up by giving up 5 HOH competitions, that's her loss.
Oh don't worry, I respect your opinion. If you hate Daniele, that's fine. I honestly wouldn't be entirely upset if Zach wins because he's laid low very well until now.
It's The Mike Show, starring yours truly. Now let's start.
We begin with TRL. Damien is being a moron. Did he actually say that TRL will air at 1 PM next week? I demand he should be fired now......and take his ****** Shop Boyz fan-club with him...lol.
Next, we turn to poker. If you didn't follow the WSOP Main Event on Cardplayer or Pokernews, Day 3 begins on the next show as they get down to the money.
Lastly, we talk Big Brother. It's the final 4! Daniele, Zach, Jameka and Dick remain, who will win?
UH-OH! Portland I hope you're ready to endure pain.
Looks like Greg Oden the #1 pick of the 2007 NBA Draft, will probably miss the entire season because of knee surgery. This will set the franchise back and they'll end up with maybe 8-9 wins....oh that would be brutal.
Anyway, tonight on Big Brother 8 it's the final HOH competition and the final 2 is set.
