I tried to get tickets on my phone and two laptops, I waited 20 minutes before they went on sale. Come 10 AM I couldn't even pull up one single ticket in any place in the entire venue. It was ****ed. So it's quite possible he wasn't able to.

Either way, Lana is so great and truly cares about her fans. I love it and her.
