I only counted the weeks at #1 in the 2010s. It's first 3 weeks at #1 were in the past decade (2000-2009).

February 6, 13, 20, 27.

Billboard's end dates for their weeks are 13 days ahead of the actual date. So I used the actual date, not BBs (for example, their week ending May 25th in reality = May 12th). My dates are only slightly different, but yes for stuff like TT & year end cut-offs it is. Only slightly though. Some of the weeks Tik Tok was #1 were definitely in 2009 & not in 2010.
