Being attracted to certain races is not comparable to certain sexes, for those of you who are mentioning being gay. Sex is biological while race is a social construct. Scientists might find a "gay" gene or whatever. but they're not gonna find some "I don't date black/Asian/white people" gene
I've seen some stuff about people being drawn to partners that are like themselves or their parents, so I guess you could make that argument, but it's not like that is some exclusive thing. Otherwise any strict racial "preference" is the result of people (whether unconsciously or not) buying into racist constructs.
