The O.C. was very sight there? I hope that the fourth season continues being successful in spite of being more boring...

Arrrgh, I still don't get these low ratings. Hnf, at least GA and DH are the Top 2 again.
Anywayz, Charmbracelet, can you tell me your opinion on One Tree Hill ratings? Do you think it will be able to get a full season and be renewed with this 4 million number per week?

IMO, I think One Tree Hill is safe. CW is really disappointing, especially to those who have promoted it to no end, tying up with Entertainment Tonight to do promotions, mall tour, and also the networks taking the WB channel instead of UPN’s old station (WB always had better ratings than UPN.) One Tree Hill has the same ratings as their star shows, which consists of Everybody Hates Chris, 7th Heaven (even though moving it to Sunday’s with repeats as its lead-in doesn’t say much), Supernatural, and even Girlfriends. The only two impact shows are America’s Next Top Model and Gilmore Girls, but remember you need more than two shows to complete a network, I think One Tree Hill is safe.
The one I would be concerned about is Veronica Mars. You go from 1.9 to 4.2 (next week), they need some consistency.

Something looks really wrong with those numbers. I've never seen any CW show (VM, OTH, SN particularly) at 9:00 pm go anywhere near 4 million viewers this year, let alone over 4 million. The Futon Critic, Zap2it, all of the sites confirm this. VM had 3.3 million viewers Oct. 24 and 3.1 million the week before. The lowest numbers were for episode 2 at 2.99 million. I don't think these numbers are accurate, or they're measuring something that's not used in mainstream Nielsen reporting.

I don't think you know what you're talking about. TFC and Z2I use different numbers so they don't have to copy each other using Nielsen. Unless you have accurate numbers you're not making up, post them, but don't come in here after 1 post and think you know what you're talking about.
Plus, isn't the CW numbers not completely accurate the first 2-3 weeks because of the changing of stations from WB to UPN? Yeah, whatever.

Well, that's nice, insult the "newcomer"... how about CW's own spin on this? Don't you think they'd be crowing from the highest trees if the shows you cite hit 4 million? It's funny...they're NOT. I think the "old dog" is pulling the wool over everyone's eyes here. Here are some official releases...right from the CW's mouth. I think you've got everyone here bamboozled that you have accurate ratings. I don't know what your endgame is, but I would not believe anything you post. You can click on this site and pick any night and see all your 4 million numbers for the 9:00 pm CW shows is BS: http://www.tvtracker.com/daily_ratings.php. By the way, TV Tracker is an extremely reliable TV industry website.

Ever heard of SPIN? From the network itself? How can ALL ratings be accurate? That makes no sense. Nobody knows for sure how many people watch shows, that's what Nielsen is for. I don't know what you're problem is, but you need to find someone else to pick on, because last I checked it's illegal to pick on minors. TFC is great, I love that site, but everything is estimated. You wanna write your spin here, write it. This is just sick.

Negative spin from the CW?? Are you serious? Your "Nielsen" numbers are higher than the CW claims for its shows. Don't you think CW would print YOUR numbers (which for some of their shows are in the 4 million mark) if they were real? Your numbers are fiction. By the way, it's not "illegal" to pick on minors if they're lying or trying to sham a bunch of people into thinking they have inside information when they don't. Grow up.
Folks, these numbers are made up. Keep reading the fiction if you want to. I won't. Good bye.

Sham people? You come in here and say my information is fake? Have you ever heard of estimations?? How can ALL these numbers be accurate? ESTIMATIONS! What are you saying? All the shows are in order, so I don’t know what you’re problem is. If you think you can the “real” numbers, post them, and just not spin from CW/TFC/Z2I/Any of your “sources”.

You're the one who says your numbers are real. What are YOUR sources? I'll bet you can't provide them. The CW may be spinnning (although you'd THINK they'd spin your alleged numbers since they're higher than the numbers the CW spins) but the site I provided before ( http://www.tvtracker.com/daily_ratings.php) has legitimate Nielsen numbers. Just plug in the date and time and you'll get all the legitimate Nielsen numbers for any show you want WITHOUT spin. Go try OTH. And Gilmore Girls. And VM. Any 9:00 pm CW show, in fact. And you'll notice they don't match yours by a mile. That's my proof.
Futon Critic and Zap2it are also legitimate sites that provide real numbers. And gee! All three independent sites (TV Tracker, Futon Critic and Zap2it) have pretty much the same numbers! You however are a 17 year old child pretending to be a grownup by shamming these readers into thinking you're an expert. And I said I wouldn't comment anymore; I just want people to be able to better assess the accuracy of what they're reading.
Folks, did you know the poster of the ratings here is a 17 year old child? Ask yourself how he/she is privy to such private numbers. Gee, you think she/he's stealing them from mommy or daddy?

I don't think age is a problem, that's not fair. I myself took care of Britney Spears' biggest brazilian almost alone from when I was 16 years old 'til 18, and I must say I did pretty good.

Obviously she just copies the ratings from somewhere, but does it matter? If the "real" ratings were sooo important to us we'd do the research ourselves. But these are good lists and it's very convenient we can just pop into this thread and see how the tv shows are doing, especially against eachother.

Charmbracelet, this board would best be served if you don't post your FAKE ratings again. My point is that not the convenience of posting, but that her ratings were FAKE. Anyone can go to the site I posted above and conveniently put the info here. But she was posting FAKE ratings.
