I think it is September - November. Even though the source says December release, I think it will be early december (like Dec 2 or something) so that it is too early to call it Winter.
i don't think the "few days" remark is supposed to be taken literally.
There were rumours that Rihanna was going to premiere the new single at one of the Brazilian shows. The first show is today. I think she will premiere it at Rock in Rio, which is September 23. That is within the next few days.
