A girl has to work harder to fit in, I've been told by girls themselves that other girls are sometimes caty towards one another (guys sometimes do this too). They have to try harder because they have bigger societal norms to follow than guys generally. Also, lets mention how females earn less respect then men in the workforce, or how they earn a smaller wage. How they have to face the glass ceiling, and even have to worry about having children when having a job so they don't get fired and replaced.

Let's look at it like that.
You're a good-looking woman, trying to get a job. You are competing with a man for the job, and in 99% of the cases, you will be elected, simply because you're a woman.
Of course, if the boss isn't there for looks, but for skills, he'll pick whoever is better, but I know women are picked for jobs because of their looks any day.
Also, lesbians fit better than gay men.
But I can agree that women are discriminated, especially when they were treated like items centuries ago.
Women could rule the world if they stick together.

When you get divorced and they give your child's custody to your ex wife because she's got the **** and she, as a woman, as always been seen as the tender one, we'll see if you still disagree with RaeseanLohan

It's hard either way. Men have it easier some ways, whereas women have it easier the others.

I see where you're coming from. But who will they likely promote or give a higher pay? Men, simply because men are always seen as the providers of the family. And if a woman earns more than a man that will be seen as a "hit" to his masculinity. Also, you're argument doesn't work everywhere. For example, if that man and women were applying for a job in an engineering, tech, or science field they will more than likely pick the man.
Also if you're hired for your looks, you will not earn any respect than being hired for your skills.

Also, and sorry to bring celebrity to this thread but I feel like it fits, judging one's age goes differently if you're a woman or a man; any male celebrity over his 50s can wear whatever he wants and act how he wants ( Mick Jagger, David Bowie on the 90s) and he won't get as much judgment as, for example, Madonna or any woman of a similar age who just wants to take care of her body and image because woman, when they get older, they're supposed to be quiet and humble and lock themselves at home

that's not true.
studies have shown that when men ask, they usually get fair custody with women. most men aren't asking for custody, that's the problem

This is an important thing because a lot of women's great accomplishments in certain fields is overshadowed by talk about their family life, kids, and sometimes their looks.
Go find any article about a female scientist and lawyer. Almost all will bring up how she looks, how she balances her family life with her work, and how she can 'still find time for her kids <3'. It's ridiculous because you never have articles about men being filled with this tripe.

no, men will earn more simply because they're more physically able to complete a task than a woman is. Men too are less risk adverse and will be remunerated for that with higher salaries

There are good and bad sides. They have an equal amount of difficulties imo.

But physical strength isn't not a factor in the majority of work, and yet still women are turned away for being women, as well as paid less for being women.

Maybe it's not like that on the US, but here in Europe this is much likely to happen

Well why do you think that is? Perhaps it is because men have long since pushed women into a provider role and as a result women are seen as more natural care givers. It would be disingenuous to understand that and turn around and complain about sexism against men being such a huge problem. A lot of sexism that affects men originates from sexism towards women, and the ideas about women that come from that.
