Interesting.. but I don't get why Gaga has been granted permission to see a text that was apparently sent to her in the first place?
I'm guessing Kesha falsely told Gaga that Luke had abused Katy as well, like how her mother tried to say he'd raped Gaga. If Katy denies that it'll benefit Luke as people will doubt whether she's telling the truth about her alleged abuse as well?
So the text Kesha sent to Gaga was given the green light to be shown to Gaga, Perry and Luke?? Wouldn't Gaga have already seen it if Kesha sent it to her?

I don't know if I'm being slow or the article is poorly written but it's confusing. What I got from it was:
- Ke$ha sent a text to Lady Gaga
- That text was added to the evidence for the case
- Ke$ha was ordered to share the text with Dr. Luke (it sounds like he never saw it before, he just knows that it was sent)
- The text has been sealed by a judge but Dr. Luke has permission to share it with Katy
1/3/2017 was an important deadline for her. From what little details that I'm reading, Kesha really doesn't have a case. Luke is easily going to win this as well.
Kesha sent Gaga a text which mentions Katy in relation to the ongoing Dr Luke case.
Seemingly she thinks it strengthens her case, so she submitted it.
Because it's submitted in advance and involves all above parties, they all have been granted permission to view the evidence. There was no guarantee Gaga would have read it just because Kesha sent it to her, plus it involves her (like it involves Luke and Perry) so it probably has to legally go through this to make it all official.
This is honestly just annoying at this point. It shouldn't be this hard to get out of a contract and through all of this, why does Luke even still want her on his label?
