I believe she hasn't turned into a single artist. The fact that her promo singles CONSISTENTLY sold amazingly means that the public has a great appetite for the record, and not just the specific song...At least I hope and think so.

I've never heard of that term, but I am familiar with artists releasing promo singles prior to their album but only two or three. Taylor has released six hasn't she?

A singles artist doesn't sell even albums (At best a Gold album...). Singles artists are Flo Rida, Pitbull, Taio Cruz...

Nothing will change with Red. I expect no less than 4m copies.

Yes, these are all promo singles that she's releasing as an iTunes countdown before the release of Red. There's been four promo singles though, not six. They've been Begin Again, Red, I Knew You Were Trouble, and State of Grace. All of that is in addition to We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, which was the lead single.

The album will drop this Monday, so no more promo singles are coming.
