Well it depends how you class it. @LoveLiveMusic said in the OTR Tour thread:

"Unless you count that The Monster Ball Tour beginning November 2009 and ending on May 6, 2011 and The Born This Way Ball began on April 27, 2012. So technically the ending and beginning of one to another is less than a year."

But I mean in this case, TMCSWT and OTR both finished in 2014. There's not really an official way of tracking it but it's obviously impressive no matter how you look at it

People do it all the time though... Technically, it's New Jersey, but it's also a part of the tri-state, New York metropolitan area, so you can get away with calling it NYC.
