what legacy ?
she makes cute forgettable overproduced gp catering pop songs, that's not enough to leave an impact, the most rememberable thing about anything she's done the past few years is left shark
the fact that she's never been a tryhard or acted desperate for some extra sales (which is something most girls have done) is remarkable for someone so successful
Eh, I don't really consider Katy's songs classics, mainly because they are too generic. Most classic songs have this 'x factor' to them i.e. crazy in love, toxic, bad romance which slayed the game whilst retaining a sense of uniqueness. Katy's hits all follow a certain formula which is present in many other pop songs meaning they get diluted.
Toxic and Bad Romance have no recurrent sales or airplay and y'all call them classics

for a powerful woman who accomplished so much in a short amount of time you sure do like discrediting her achievements and rather objectify her instead. disgusting. what a misogynistic comment
She'll be known for being the lighter pop icon of our generation, other artists have done a lot of edgy material while Katy has always been the happier side of things (singles wise/GP). There's nothing wrong with that considering it makes her that much more unique despite some of the members' delusion.
what about the iconic bisexual anthem of the millennium which basically restarted the whole "bisexual is cool" thing for pop girls, leading girls who have only been seen with men to say "im bisexual!!11!"?
No one is talking about the IMPACT Katheryn has had on pop music though! Surely she has inspired the new generation too and will be remembered for more than just blue hair or a single!
Katy Perry's legacy is big ****, cutsie, candy-coated girl-next-door who pumps out radio songs. Hot N Cold, Firework, Roar, Dark Horse are all modern radio classics and will play for years to come.
She will never be a legend. Or an icon. She's radio fodder.

This post is so biphobic and problematic it's not even funny
