all these people running in to tell me things i've heard a million times before we can't help what we're afraid of, and essentially telling me how dumb i am for having this fear isn't helping. we all have fears of something, and sometimes it's really irrational, there's nothing we can do about it

Car crashes might happen when you're just walking on streets though. A car just getting out of control and hitting you on sidewalk is still a MUCH higher chance than dying in a plane crash. You make no sense.

SIs I understand you, cuz i have to travel frequently by plane, but if you start printing all the news of crashes on the ROAD, your whole life wont be enough.

Flying is the safest transport, I've read about it etc. . .

Plane crashes seem so scary (not that they are not) cuz they have so many people on board and it's usually no survivors etc. But they happen more rarely..

I hope there are survivors too

You said that you were going to print all the plane crashes and shove them into peoples face. And that's what we are counter-arguing you about, if you know the facts, and if people have already told you that planes are the safest method of transport in the world, why did you say "im going to print all these plane crashes and shove them onto people's faces" ? like that's going to prove anything, considering said facts, mentioned before.

At least if you have a car crash there's a chance you'll live. Most car crashes don't result in deaths. And even if they do it's almost never EVERYONE involved in the accident. And take into consideration how many cars are there in the world and how many planes. Of course there would be more car crashes. Of course there would be. I mean it's not like cars are going through certain space obstacle-free like planes do. And once the plane's on its way down you can kiss your sorry ass goodbye. So yes, cars are in fact safer than planes.
