Her average gross per show in the US is horrible. She has twelve #1 singles and her average is only a little over $1m?

And yeah, all shows are considered sold out because of how they count and sell tickets. They don't put out a batch of tickets and then sell from there, they sell one-by-one until no more tickets are selling which ensures a 100% sold out rate.
