I suppose it could be classified as such (especially outside the USA). but for an act in her 50s, in a youth-driven market- no matter the amount of exposure - not really. Bruce Springsteen performed his then-current single at the halftime show back when he performed, and it only boosted it to No. 95 on the Hot 100.
The single is very tied to football/Super Bowl- and it's very Madonna-centric, so its long-lasting prospects are not that good.
