At that point, she was probably still very mentally scarred. From what I understand, this was before rehab? So she has had time to become stronger, and has now decided it is time for Dr. Luke to pay for the disgusting things he has done. I very highly doubt Kesha is the only one.

Well obviously back then when she was at her peak she was going to be scared that he was going to kill her or her family so it makes sense that she would do this.. but its gonna come back on her which is sad. Still doesnt take away what her did to her though
What was this deposition for? Why was she being asked these questions back in 2011?
This case is really sounding fishy on BOTH sides.
Also, Kesha's song "7am" sings a lot about someone who is probably Dr. Luke, and it sounds like the relationship between the two was definitely consensual if that's who she is really singing about.
