Ribs. My fav on PH.
"What Love Is Made Of" should have made the top 100, tho.
Honestly, TRF.

#90-86.
______________
#90. NEON LIGHTS
Demi Lovato
This is such a sexy, sexy song and I fell in love instantly with this song for Demi's huskier vocals in her lower register that characterize the verses. The repeated melody that the chorus is founded on really works and together with the fun breakdown creates for an ambient, energetic song. Not to mention, the bridge is FLAWLESS - breathy Demi slays.
#89. WHERE IT HURTS
Tamar Braxton
Tamar SCHOOLS her man in this song - "Whatchu gotta understand is, even with all that, I'm still here". I love the murky intro and then the moody verses which lead into a glowing, warm chorus highlighting Tamar's beautiful head voice. This song is a bit of a contrast to the rest of her 'Love And War' album. It's lighter, and a really smooth classic R&B viber.
#88. BILLIONS
JoJo
Another reflective, carefree feelin' song from JoJo's late 2012 mixtape. 'Billions' is simple and JoJo's vocals are smooth and velvety as always. The song is relatable from so many angles. Whatever the "astronomical love" is in your life is something that "you will always come back to", sings JoJo. To me, she is talking about her love for music and her commitment to her artistry - something I know will help this girl finally receive the acclaim she deserves.
#87. LAST CHRISTMAS
Ariana Grande (Wham! cover)
The first of quite a few *nudge nudge* Ariana songs to make the Top 100. I love Ariana's voice on this classic contemporary Christmas hit. I love the part she added in. Once again, Ariana's flirty and cutesy flare comes through but definitely not at the expense of strong, commanding vocals. The key change >>>
#86. STAY READY (What A Life)
Jhene Aiko
What a killer produced instrumental this song has. It's 6 minutes long and I do NOT sit through such a long song unless it's Xtina or something amazing... and this song just draws me in so much. Jhene's gorgeous signature, airy vocals give me chills. Each note she sings seems to just float lightly over the dreamy beat of 'Stay Ready' before she starts meaning BUSINESS in 'What A Life'. The way she sings "truth" is soooo hot, I can't!
