I love a good bunch of artists in the OP - mainly BANKS, James Blake, Autre Ne Veut, Quadron, Rhye, Jhené, Tinashe,etc... who I'm all rooting for and need to get into those I do not know of. Can't wait for this !
Loving the idea of this rate, but I need to familiarize myself with a few of these artists before I can send in my ballot. There are quite a few that I've been meaning to get into, so this is the perfect opportunity.
I can't believe you didn't include Dawn Richard... Her first studio album (2005) doesn't count, it got completely under the radar... "Goldenheart" (released in 2013) is what she considers her debut album and it's brilliant. I think she deserves to be included in this rate.

She wouldn't work in a rate like this. It would be like including Bjork in a rate with Natalia Kills and Marina + diamonds
