Yeah without Hilary, Disney Channel wouldnt be what it is now. The formula that Disney perfected with Hilary would never exist, therefore, neither would Hollywood Records (which Hilary basically saved with her sales) and as a result neither would many of your favorite Disney singers/groups.

I almost died when I saw this on Itunes!!
HR can suck my balls for not releasing this 3 years ago and
for not releasing this physically, but I'm still happy!
I totally remember that night and the energy was amazing!
Everyone was on their feet and I'm soo happy I can relive it!
She looks sooo ****in HOTT at this show and the vocals are
100% live which is amazing because I love when she sings live.

I could seriously ramble all day about THIS and more about HR's treachery.
If they would have let Hilary develop her music, we would have had a new Hilary record
in 2009, avoided the whole BOHD embarrassment, a 5th successful tour,......AHHH I could ramble all day!!
The funny thing is now that they're paying with Miley's, JB's, Demi's, Selena's, all latest projects
all disappointing, so I guess karma has really paid them a visit.

Well when Elixir comes out in 4 months, theres going to be a lot of press + a movie, and also there's a rumor of an autobiography, plus 2+ new film roles, and she said in February she would start writing her new record...so hopefully things start moving fast again with Hilary material!

WTH? She had no impact on when/how this was released.
About 2-3 years ago, thousands of fans signed a petition to get
the DVD released, but the label ignored it. Now, out of the blue
it gets released. Hilary has been estranged from the label for
2 years now.

Like are the label prepared to work into an artist that wont bring in huge profits? Especially Disney?

Even so, it's bad treatment. And what is up with Hilary's music career. She's a sweet girl, and she deserves her success but I cant help but feel she's missing something and is slowly disappearing before our very eyes out of the public eye and into normality! Her celebrity status will slowly die away if she doesnt bring back her music or some film roles!
