Alright.
I'm 16 years-old, 5'11", and 154 lbs. I am pretty skinny. I just started working out about 2 weeks ago. I've been to the gym twice so far and I haven't been back since last Tuesday (a week ago). Not because I don't want to go, but because I go with a trustworthy adult who is training me, if you will, and he just hasn't had the time. He says I'll be able to come today though. So far I've run on the treadmill and lifted weights - light ass weights because I'm weak as ****.
Again, I'm skinny, but my goal is to be muscular.
My diet is very weird. I sometimes skip out on breakfast and/or dinner. But I have plenty of snacks throughout the day. Rarely do I have the proper three meals a day. This is probably because of my sleeping schedule. I don't go to sleep until the early morning and I usually wake up a little before mid-day - if not in the afternoon. It feels GLORIOUS to be up in the morning since I don't do it often.
I don't play any sports. I'm not good at any sports. The only physical activity I do is dance - and working out, now.
