All reality talent shows ridicule mentally ill people who come for auditions. They always have and always will.

This Don guy wasn't ridiculed by Britney or anyone else though.

Xtina was nice to Tony at first until Tony and Adam took her criticism (which a lot of critics agreed with) too hard and started trying to bait her. A fellow coach and another contestant even pointed it out in an interview.
