Terrible points system as always in these rates.
Someone's #1 album should not be worth as many points as an album which received 20 mentions at #20 from 20 different people. Such a simple logic, yet people still go with 20 points for #1 and 1 point for #20.

A better point system would be:

#1 - 70 points
#2 - 50 points
#3 - 40 points
#4 - 30 points
#5 - 25 points
#6 - 24 points
#7 - 23 points
,,,,,
.....
#19 - 11 points
#20 - 10 points.

This way #1 is worth 7x points of #20 instead of 20x points. Which makes it a lot more balanced and each mention a lot more valuable. This way 100 random people mentioning say Blackout at #20 would be worth more points than 10 Navy members putting Loud at #1. With my system Blackout would get 1000 points vs 700 points for Loud. With your system Loud would get 200 points and Blackout would only get 100 points, which makes it really unfair that the opinions of 100 people were outweighed by biased voting of 10 stans.

Btw, you have to limit the number of albums per artist to something like 2.

You don't wanna see biased ballots like this:

2. In The Zone
3. Circus
4. Oops I Did It Again
5. Britney


I think the 90s rate guy had it limited to 2 albums per artist (or maybe 3, cant remember exactly, but there was definitely a limit)
