I mean, Gaga had her iconic moments too but the last time people cared about what she wore was in 2011 or something? Her whole thing with fashion was using gimmicks and people got over it when it got old years ago.

Both are pretty equal in different ways, but Gaga has the edge because when you think of her you automatically start thinking of her outlandish fashion (whether you like said fashion is arbitrary).
