shouldn't the impact date be at least a week after the song premieres? or will we hear the song a week before the 15th? the 13th is the itunes release date then? but the 13th is a sunday?

There's no rule for "impact date". Some songs don't even have impact date (Like HIAM, almost half of the Pop panel added it in the first day.)

If BTW is good, Pop radios will start spinning it the first minute it leaks.

i understand, but there's always an impact date for all big songs (which is not needed really) and it's usually much later than the song's premiere date. for example HIAM goes for adds on the 18th. that's why I'm wondering if that means we'll hear BTW around feb 7-8.

As of now, the Premiere date of the single is either the 11th (According to Perez), or the 13th (AT the Grammy's). We have no idea if this means we'll get a HQ Release on Itunes or just the performance. Gaga keeps on the end till the last second.
