Those numbers are paying subscribers not trial users who joined TIDAL due to their Bey, Rihanna, Kanye, etc. exclusives so there's more people streaming the tracks than that especially taking into account two of these acts made the app go #1 as the most downloaded app for a couple of weeks combined.

It also seems fishy that HDD analysed Kanye's streaming #s and called TIDAL out but didn't do the same for Lemonade. But at your analysis.
