Wow, this show is even better than I thought. It has a really slow pace and was at times uneventful, yet I was entertained throughout the whole 46 minutes. The show is visually stunning and has many details to explore, so I will definitely watch it a second time. It really has nothing in common with Glee though, not even a bit. There's so much class in this show, so sophisticated. The only thing I could criticize would be that they need to prepare the scenes more effectively and give it some edge to spark interest. I'm not really sure if it's going to work on a network, especially on NBC. With all the heavy promotion it has received so far, I'm not worried about it being a success though. It would have fit better into Showtime's schedule tbh, but it's not really important in the end anyway. I like the show so far and I'm already starving for more. Katharine McPhee did an extremely great job, love her charisma and that nice little voice of hers. Anjelica Huston was also a pleasure to see again, as I saw her the last time from her guest stint on "Medium", in which she was simply magnificent. Can't wait to see Uma Thurman's story arc, not sure about Ryan Tedder and Nick Jonas guest starring though.
