Alright. Before we get this underway, lemme quickly explain. I do my Top 100 songs of the year, but songs that were released anywhere as a single. If the song was released in 2009 as a single, it cant make the cut, or if its an album track, it cant make the cut either. Now, you all know I love Loud, so I'm not going to put the whole album, just some of my favorite cuts, along with some other great songs. Here are Ten amazing songs, that either deserve(d) to be released or are excellent album tracks. They are:
Carrie Underwood -Mama's Song
This amazing song was in the sea with a ton of competition this year, and couldnt make the final Top 100 best of cut! This is a beautiful ballad, by the beautifully talented Country singer: Carrie Underwood. I think she's getting underrated, and personally, I think, based on her talent, songs and beauty, she should be where Taylor Swift is now-a-days. I love Carrie, and she'll be appearing elsewhere on my countdown also
Ke$ha -Sleazy
This song is my favorite song ever from Ke$ha. Its so ****ing hot! The Bangladesh beat is just sick . It shows a different, hot, Urban side of her, I'd never though I would see. Im glad to see she can do other stuff besides just talk along to the same Pop beats. This song is truly amazing!
Alicia Keys -Like the Sea
Wow. Alicia. You had a pretty good year, but The Element of Freedom deserved more success! I really wish you had released this song! It has an amazing beat, and its just in your lane! I wish you even more success with your next album, and hopefully one day we will get the Put It In A Love Song video
Rihanna - Love the Way You Lie (Part 2) [feat. Eminem]
Well, I guess this song wasnt released anywhere, so it couldnt chart on my Top 100 songs, but its really amazing. Really, really amazing. It shows how much Rih's voice has improved, and that she can carry a song, with just a piano behind it. Her vocals are on point, and the Verses/Chorus/Bridge are all amazing. Of course Em brings even more with his crazy ass rap, and the song is perfection!
Rihanna -Hole In My Head (feat. Justin Timberlake)
I still cant get over this song. This has got to be one of my favorite Rih songs of the past two years! Its beat is so infectious, and Justin is in the song, and she goes crazy! I still dont understand why so many people dont like it, and I understand it wouldnt have worked with Rated R as an album track, but still , its my ****!
Stay tuned for songs 5-1!
