They seem to have selective memory.

They cooperated with the promoters etc and that's the numbers they have for her. It stands. If Def Jam wasn't so sneaky and weren't obviously trying to cover up something, then I could see the Navy's point.

Pollstar went by what was given to them by the promoters and venues. Her team didnt give up any info because they are clearly ashamed of something. If the tour was so huge then why not provide the receipts? OH.

Billboard gets their numbers from an Artist's team. Pollstar makes theirs up.

I'm not saying her gross would be lower - it could easily and likely have been higher, I know - but it seems strange to me that her team didn't cooperate. Hopefully everything is straightened up and we get her more solid, official numbers at some point.

I think you're misrepresenting the situation - Pollstar estimated (not made up) the numbers for one star because her team refused to supply all the dates; other stars are accurate as their teams supplied full information.

Rihanna's team is just a mess and always has been, it's this surprising?
They even said Rihanna made $23M in the US when we have confirmation she did $31M they said 308K in attendance when it's actually ~410K.

Navy ignoring this side of the story and already celebrating that her gross could make it to top 10.

Oh, I'm sorry.

And no, the point is that her gross is probably much higher than they said.
I'd guess 60-75 million

Are the Navy still trying to convince themselves that the U.S shows were sold out?
There were members on this site going on ticketmaster minutes before the show and there were many seats available.
I don't know why it matters anyway! She still made number 11!
That's a great achievement for her!

Let's be honest, after being on sale for months, several of her dates had tickets on sale hours and minutes before the show eveb started. But, miraculously every date sold out??
Def Jam is the king of inflation and false numbers. No shade, but it's obvious, at least to me, that figures were made up or hidden to give her "sold out" shows. It is not even the gross, but they want to say that it "sold out."

Are there any estimates for what her final gross might be when the tour is complete?

At Rihanna actually being in the top 10 of Pollstar and kicking Beyonce down to 11 had her real numbers were added up.

The irony! anywho, all this proves is that dj is trying to hide rihanna's numbers for a reason

In all honesty, It is POSSIBLE that in a situation where their are like 10.8k out of 11k sold her team (any MANY others) would just say they only put 10.8k up.

120-140 million.
It's an extremely rough estimate because no1 will give us Europe numbers.

The numbers Billboard reported were inflated. That's what this whole thing is about.
