Let's be real, E.T. has yet to be dethrone as the best music video of 2011 and if there is any justice in the world (which there isn't), she should win Video of the Year at the VMA's. I am not here for delusions or biased views. I am not a Katy Perry stan or fanatic, but I can appreciate what she did with that music video.

Honestly? Yes, Judas the song is horrid, but the music video is pretty good. ET's visuals, makeup, wardrobe, and such were truly a fascinating sight to observe. There is no way Judas can compare to ET's music video. There were parts of the video that were good, but it wasn't amazing from beginning to end like Katy's was.

True, even though I only watched the video a couple of times I can appreciate it. The cinematography, storyline, setting etc. make it worthy of a VMA. The only way I don't see it winning would be because of the other video I stated, but even in that scenario E.T. would be the more obvious choice considering the appeal of it.
She should actually win three VMA's for the same category, her videos this era are just in a much more advanced level than any others! HIAM, TTWE and IWG are the best videos of the year!
obviously to each it's own but I think neither Et nor I wanna go deserve even a nomination for video of the year. Imo the best pop videos this year were 1. Judas 2. Last Friday Night 3. Man Down
would be cool to see Help Is on the Way get some recognition but that's not realistic

Stan card is on temporary suspension. E.T. was boring, the only good part was the guy's ass in the end. It can win for cinematography....but it's not video of the year worthy.
